Service & Appointments
How does mobile tire service work?
We bring the tires, equipment and tools to your home, workplace or jobsite.
First, you approve your tire options and pricing. Then we schedule a time,
arrive at your location and complete the install on-site so you can stay
focused on your day. For a full breakdown of each step, you can also see
our
How Mobile Tire Service Works page. In short, we try to make the
process as simple and convenient as possible.
Do I need to be there during the appointment?
In most cases, yes. We need access to your vehicle, keys and any wheel lock
keys. However, for certain fleet or workplace services, we may be able to
coordinate access ahead of time if you cannot be present. That way, the
work can still be completed safely and efficiently without disrupting your
schedule more than necessary.
How long does a typical tire install take?
Most standard passenger vehicle installs take about 60–90 minutes for a full
set of tires. As a result, you can usually plan around the visit without
losing your entire day. Install times can vary slightly based on wheel
condition, number of tires and whether TPMS or additional services are
needed. Nevertheless, we always aim to work efficiently and safely.
Scheduling & Same-Day Availability
What are your mobile tire service hours?
New tire sales and scheduling are available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM,
and Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Additionally, service hours for already
scheduled appointments run Monday–Saturday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM so we can
complete jobs later in the day when needed. This gives you more flexibility
when planning your appointment.
Can I get same-day service?
Same-day mobile tire service may be available depending on your location,
workload and tire availability. The best way to find out is to call or text
us at 480-256-8516. We will quickly let you know what
options are available and, if possible, where we can fit you into the
schedule. In some cases, next-day service may be a better option.
Vehicles, Tires & Locations
What types of vehicles do you service?
Our mobile tire service is primarily focused on passenger cars, SUVs,
crossovers and light-duty trucks. In some cases, we can also assist with
certain specialty or oversized applications. However, this is handled
case-by-case depending on equipment and available space at the location.
Because of this, it is always helpful to let us know what you drive when
you reach out.
Can you work in apartments or gated communities?
Often yes. We just need a safe, reasonably level work area and permission
from your property if required. However, some HOAs or complexes may have
specific rules regarding mobile services. Because of this, it’s always a
good idea to confirm any restrictions ahead of time and let us know about
gate codes or access instructions when booking. This helps avoid delays
when we arrive.
What areas do you cover?
We serve much of the East Valley along with Maricopa and Casa Grande.
Additionally, you can view a more detailed list of cities and neighborhoods
on our
Service Areas page.
If you are just outside the area, contact us anyway. In many cases, we may
still be able to help or discuss out-of-area options that make sense for
both of us.
Can you repair my flat tire or do you only replace?
If the puncture is in a safe repairable area and meets industry guidelines,
we may be able to perform a professional plug/patch on-site. If the damage
is not safely repairable, we will recommend replacement tires instead so
that you are not driving on a compromised tire. Ultimately, safety is the
priority when deciding whether to repair or replace.
Do you service fleets or small businesses?
Yes. We offer mobile tire service for small business and light-duty fleets
throughout our service areas. This can include work trucks, service vans
and other commercial vehicles. In addition, we can help plan recurring
visits for larger fleets so downtime is reduced as much as possible. For
example, we can schedule after-hours or off-peak visits when it makes
sense.
